I used to work for this property when it was Campus Connection, but even after I QUIT, I heard the horror stories from the employees and tenants that stayed during the new management process. Look, if you want to have the biggest headache of your life, then move here.

The apartments are old, dirty, run down, etc. The wood on the outside of the apartments are molded under the siding, so if you have mold allergies, beware. They will charge you for things that were damaged in the apartment two tenants before you and yes even send those charges to the creditors if you do not pay. The rent is going down because no one wants to live out here. The crime is off the chain!!!!!!! Car break ins and apartment break ins left and right... I could go on for days about this place!

I have no reason to lie about this place. I am a former employee and can tell you the truth from the inside looking out. I quit because I refused to lie to people looking for a nice place to live with a straight face. I felt so sorry for the people that came in everyday begging me to help them get out of their lease. I put myself in their shoes and would not want anyone to lie to me if I was looking for an apartment, so I wasn't going to lie to them. I told plenty of people to run! I wasn't going to have that blood on my hands!

Do not move here unless you are desperate... in which living outside under a bridge might not be so bad compared to this dump! I might have been here in 06' 07', but trust me, it hasn't gotten better because it has a new name, it's just been masked and given a new name... It's worse! The new management is just as shady as College Park is... Beleive that!
