I have lived at Abbington Place Apartments since they opened. They are nice apartments but over the past two years or so, management has really gone downhill. I have called before numerous times to address some issues I had with my apartment and with a certain office staff member. I was completely shrugged off and dismissed. They treated me as if my complaints were not valid and talked down to me as if I were a child. If anything, the staff they have working here, and the upper management that runs this place are nothing but "children". The young lady that used to work there and sit across the doorway was immature, obnoxious and very rude. She was not only rude to me but other people that live here too! I have not seen her in a long time so I hope they fired her. I cannot believe the owners of that property would want someone like that representing this apartment complex. She was like a programmed puppet putting on a puppet show. I was going to transfer to their new complex across the street, Ashely Court, until I found out she was going to be working there. Maintenance is ok. Although the only one that does anything, and knows what he is doing is the little asian guy. The other guy just rides the golf cart all day.

When you pay such a high amount of rent, you expect to be treated with a little respect as a tenant here. Instead, they act as if every person living here should bow down and kiss their hand. They should be so lucky they have people living here. The apartments themselves are nice but that is all. Don't expect to get any other "perks" living here. Thankfully, I am moving to another apartment complex when my lease is up after the first of the year. It's not worth dealing with bad managment to live in a nice apartment when they are nicer ones around!
