Abbington Place Apartments

Nice apartments :) From: josiesmom Date posted: 5/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I lived at Abbington Place for a year before buying my house, and it was definitely the nicest apartment I have had in Charlotte. The rent was very high for a one bedroom, but the floor plan was huge and it was brand new when we moved in. All of the fixtures were very pretty, not the standard ugly stuff you see in most apartments. Michelle is the only one left in the office who is really helpful... the rest of them never seem to really know what's going on. Maintenance was awesome. Really caring guys who helped out whenever you needed them. As with any new construction, some of our walls began to settle and separate/crack in places and our counter tops pulled away from the wall, but nothing that couldn't be fixed. Very little noise from neighbors, just loud background noise from I-85. Also some problems with kids running wild around the place, out in the street and by the pool, but that's up to their parents to take care of, not the apartment. Overall, we enjoyed living here very much!
