I have just relocated from DC area a week back and I really like the place.Its great coming back "home" after a day in office.
1)The floor plan is very good and very spacious.
2)Closet and storage space is huge.
3)Washer n dryer connections are available and u can have them installed with extra charge /month.
4)Kitchen appliances are good.
5)Bathroom has separate tub n shower and storage space.
6)Staff is friendly n helpful n most importantly prompt.
7)Car washing area available.
8)Lots of windows which allow sunlight which makes the place feel fresh and bright.

The 2 things which I would want more of
1)The gym's cardio equipments could have been better.But then you have a YMCA a few miles away.
2)The grounds could use more flowers. I guess this will happen in time as this is a relatively new apartment complex.
