Abbington Place Apartments

Excellent Community From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I moved into Abbington Place apartments earlier this month and wanted to share with all of you how wonderful this move has been. Before moving to Abbington Place, my husband, daughter and I were living in a 3 bedroom apartment near the same area and we were all miserable. There was the constant noise of neighbors stomping and playing loud music at all hours of the day and night, maintenance requests not being taken care of for weeks, and dog droppings everywhere you walked. Needless to say, it was a very long 12 months there. We contemplated breaking our lease early but decided to stick it out. I looked on apartmentratings.com and I noticed Abbington Place apartments was the only property that had a 100% score. I had to see this place for myself. We stopped by Abbington Place on a cold and rainy morning and Bryan showed us a 3 bedroom villa. It was impressed from the first minute I walked into the office. Not only was Bryan very nice and helpful but the property spoke for itself. Bryan showed us a 3 bedroom villa and it is like your very own house. It has a 2-car garage attached to it, electric fireplace, tray celings, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, separate shower and bath-tub. They even had a fenced in back yard and patio area. I was surprised by how affordable it was at only $1295 a month for a 12 month lease. It is also very spacious so it has plenty of room for our family. My husband and I went ahead and reserved it and moved in two weeks later. Since moving in, Abbington Place has already had a very nice, catered, Christmas party for all the residents. You really feel at home here and I am glad we made the choice of moving here.
