Went in to see the town homes today. Couldn't see one because it was unavailable. All three staff ended up reprimanding, retorting, started mocking me, laughing outrageously at me as I walked away from their office. All of this because I objected to their "policies" not to show an unready unit given my circumstance (2cd attempt on a separate day to view their property.) They are a very rude bunch of young people. Would NEVER CONSIDER living there if that is how they treat me as a POTENTIAL resident. Can you imagine how they treat you if you actually LIVE THERE

samr2: I am married; came once to view the place with my husband and they were closed during business hours; second time by myself. The long comeback to was to show potential residents that queencity77 knew much too much about my incident and therefore is one of the employees that was so rude. Btw, everytime I call to talk to the manager, surprisingly she is out of the office or on the phone. Wonder why?

I have to disagree with queen77 I am a resident there and i have heard other tenants speak about how imature some of the staff is!! I just wish more people would speak up about....seems to me that you are the one who is inmature!! By having a long comeback it seems to me that you are probably dating one of those individuals.... This surfawhaine pressed some of your buttons....wow!!

This is so funny!! I have to admit I am not a tenant but am looking. I actually thought about looking at this complex. I have a major in psycology and find it interesting that queen77 brings up many specific words related to the incedent, i would have to say he is one of the office staff!!! ha haaaa or if not I give him an A for having a good visual imagination as if he was there!! It's not normal for someone to react the way he did..Chill out!! I think that apartment complex is nice, I just don't want to be treated like that!!

I hate rude property managers, they think they own the place!! I would turn them in to the real owners!! Sounds to me that the staff is snobby!!

I have lived in the apartments at 10015 Parthenon Court since October of 2008 and the staff have been friendly and professional. I have never experience a rude maintenance person or office staff.

i use to live here and the staff is rude they are very phony sob if i may say so myself they once had a very bad bug problem
