IN CHARLOTTE From: charris@pepsicharlotte.com Date posted: 9/15/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I have read the other reviews and just wanted to say that, as long as I have been here, I have enjoyed Addison Park. I have a garage, so parking is not an issue for me. However, the only issue that I have had since staying here is neighbors parking in front of my garage. After finally complaining, the office sent a notice to everyone in my building. It has not happened since. I think that this apartment office, takes pride in the property, neighbors, and pets. They keep the clubhouse, mailroom, and pool areas tidy. The garbage is usually overflowing, but again this is due in part to the neighbors. My neighbors are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They always lend a helping hand, and overall it is just a different calibur of people here. My previous complex should have been shut down, but I have NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever here.
