Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
At one time this complex was a nice place to live at. However, the rise in crime in this area makes it not as safe as it once was. Parking is a big JOKE!!!!!!! Pools are used after hours. Even the quality of tenants that have moved in recently has fallen. These apartments are affordable but quality is no longer there.
