Addison Park doesn't care about their tenants From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/18/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   I lived in Addison park for 3 months before they handled my situation about fleas in the apartment prior to my moving. Their excuse was that they did not know the tenant before me had a pet. But tried to charge me for the carpet upon my leaving..I had asked for a walk through because I know how some complexes can be they agreed but did not show up. Several months later they tried to charget me for the change of carpet..but would not view the apartment with me. I feel this is an unfair policy for tenants because I'm sure I'm not the first this happened to and I know I won't be the last. Several co-workers lived here and stated it wouldn't have been their first, second or third choice if they knew how things were. In my opinion, Addison is all about money and not making their tenants happy.
