I moved into Addison Park 10/04, as of 1/05 my car was broken into TWICE, and I live at the back of the neighborhood!! For as much as the employees sympathize with you, you would think you would get something out of it, all you get is a bunch of "IM SORRY", well shut up if you arent gonna do anything!!
The walls are also paper thin, I had 2 complaints within the 1st month and a half that i lived there. I asked the "complainer" if I could step in her apt to see, and you really could hear my stereo, and it wasnt even loud at all! Im in the process of trying to move out now, who knows if they will work with me or not.
When they have inspections, they dont work with your schedule. They say they dont know when the maitenance people will be in your building, so its hard to take off work to be there. They basically tell you that you dont have to be there for maintenance to come. I even requested that I be there and that said "SORRY!"
Also the lighting in the complex sucks. I complained after my 1st car breakin and they said that they have been inspected and their lighting is "adquate." well a light went out about 2 months ago and it still hasnt been fixed.
Other than that I liked my apt. it was spacious and rent was ok.
