Well, Addison Park isn't anything special. I was just living there for 6 months while I found a permenant place to live. People don't clean up after their dogs even though there is a fine, lots of car break-ins. But what really got me steamed was I opted to walk through my apartment after I moved out, because I had heard that other residents had trouble getting their deposits back. The maintenance guy and I inspected the apartment together and he said "No problems, everything looks fine" About a week later I got a call that Addison Park is charging me for replacing the carpet because it was "saturated in urine." Now I do have a dog but he has been house trained for years and the urine is under where I had furniture and rugs. I'm arguing back and forth with Addison Park now. Beware! don't expect to get any of your deposit back if you move in here!
