I will say that the apartment is nice and affordable but, it doesn't out way the mis-management of the property. There is a dog that barks at 6 am almost every morning that wake us and our guests. I have sent written complaints, verbal complaints, offered suggestions, and finally called animal control, twice. The manager just blows me off and says she will take care of it. She also lied on a couple of occasions about what remedies were being taken. We love the apartment but, we are unsatisfied with management.

By the way, I read some of the "Anonymous" positive reviews and I would bet a months rent that it is the office staff. What kind of tenant would mention "9 foot ceiling, attached garage, crown molding, super floorplans, awesome management staff, and this proud tenant doesn't leave a name' HA. Agreed that that sounds like they were paid to write it, but it's nice that although your review is less than glowing, you're not talking about having been shot at. I've read a lot of Charlotte reviews today and yours is one of the most encouraging.
