I have read some of the reviews regarding Addison Park. After being a resident for several years, I find that the majority of the negative issues can be found in many upscale neighborhoods. So what's the difference' Well,property tax, mowing the lawn, and unexpected expenses when the roof caves in. I've been there, done that, couldn't even afford the t-shirt after all was said and done.

When making the decision to live in an apartment, there are many pros and cons to consider. Willingness to accept these is the deal breaker.

Multiple dwellings in one building filled with human as well as animal tenants can be quite an adventure. Keeping the noise level down after hours, picking up after animals, not setting off the smoke alarm to scare folks, taking advantage of the free wood for a cold night, saying hello to the staff, expressing appreciation to the maintenance workers, getting to know the neighbors, a hot cup of coffee on the balcony in the early morning, and living close to major roads and entertainment are just a few of the perks of apartment living.

The most important aspect for me and my family is that this is not just an apartment, it's our home. We try our best to live within the boundaries of respecting our neighbors and taking care what has been entrusted to us to use as a place to live.

After looking at several complexes, this one stood out. We knew from the start that it would be very different from living in a private home, but it was the best decision we could have made.

If you are a person who bases their ideas and beliefs solely on other people's opinions, then you will probably read enough of these reviews to stay away. If you are looking for a place that you can call home, come by Addison Park.

Sounds like these folks are in property management. LOL could not have worded that any better if I were the manager!
