Pros- current staff is very professional (especially asisstant manager laura),easy approval,apartment is spacious compared to most,neighbors are nice,management holds events for the children.

Cons- too many roaches to deal with,bathroom fixtures are nasty and old as well as the kitchen,management promises alot of changes are going to take place but I have not seen any yet and I lived here for a year,every time I went into the office there would be new employees no one lasted.

The noise isn't bad during the week but on weekends the residents here like to party. The summers wasn't so bad just alot of kids during the day. Overall on a scale of 1-10 I rate this complex 6.
