I only lived at this complex for 5 months, but I didn't really enjoy my time there. First of all, my apartment was never cleaned before I moved in. They had to spot clean. The previous resident smoked, so the lack of a clean carpet and a fresh coat of paint really took its toll on my allergies. Maintenance was sometimes slow to come fix things like a month to fix my broken garbage disposal after 3 requests. The office staff was nice, parking was great, and the grounds were also nice, though. It's basically an average complex. But I highly recommend seeing the apartment before signing the final paperwork.
