I have lived in Alexander place for about 2 years. I have had highs and lows. The price is good and the service seems good to me. The apartments are a little outdated but good for the $. Recently, it seems that there are many less than average types of people moving in the neighborhood. This will directly affect future problems that I forsee. Check a few other places before you commit.
* VERY VERY noisy!!!!
