I lived there six months, had my car broken into once, water leaks almost weekly, many reports of people sneaking around the patios, and really bad hot water.

Whenever any of these issues were brought up with the apartment management, they pretended to care, but never did anything about it.

If you care about good management, your personal saftey, and that of your possesions, then find another complex.
