Alexander Place is an awful apartment complex. There were several break-ins to cars and poor lighting in the parking lots. I felt unsafe at many times. We were promised added safety and never saw it. There were all kinds of bugs, including roaches, huge spiders, and about 75 beetles that got into my kitchen and died there. My pantry was infested with ants and management would not send anyone out to fix the situation for 3 days. My windows leaked when it stormed. There was a huge lake of water covering the entire sidewalk when it rained due to a clogged drain that management would never permanently fix, even after 3 requests. The "fitness center remodeling" was not finished and able to be used for 6 months after I moved in. I was reprimanded for feeding a small stray cat that was skin and bones. The apartments are way too much money for what you get, as all of my appliances were straight out of the 1970s. Plus half of what you are paying for is a safe Southpark location and you don't even get that. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE I met. I was so happy to get out of there.
