MIxed Review From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/19/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   The apartment complex is very convenient to many ammenities and it is located in a decent area. The complex is going through a remodeling phase and many of the apartments have been upgraded. The surrounding area has been renovated. The blacktop parking surface is being refinished. The complex is trying to improve the living conditions. The downside, there are a few instances of vehicle break-ins and theft. I had my own vehicle stolen from the parking lot. There have been problems with people lurking and peeping into apartments. I believe that this place has it's good side and bad side. But overall, I never encountered any instance of a threat to my personal saftey. Although, I wish my vehicle had not been stolen. This complex would benefit with gated access. A gate would control the amount of people from accessing the residential areas. Thereby reducing vehicle theft.
