This apartment is leaps and bounds above others that we have lived in! They are older apartments, but are kept up well. The maintainence staff is WONDERFUL they have responded quickly to any calls that we have. We haven't had a bug problem, but the complex does offer to spray upon request.
We are able to hear the neighbors who live above us, and that can be annoying - so maybe a top apartment would be quieter. There are a lot of people with dogs here - which is nice for us and our dog! People do pick up after their pets for the most part.
When there was an incident in the parking lot and a resident was mugged, a letter was sent out warning us of the incident. Also security was hired and patrolled at night. We have enjoyed living here since last July, and resigned a lease for another year.
