I am a current resident (Aug. 2006) waiting for my lease to expire so I can move away.

Fact #1: The apartments are wood construction. Every single movement that you make reverberates throughtout the structure. It shakes with every step that you and your neighbor take. You will actually 'feel' everything that your neighbors are doing.

Fact #2: There have been several criminal episodes that have happend here very recently. I believe that someone was mugged as the got out of their car one night. Also, several cars were recently broken into and items were stolen.

Fact #3: The security staff has been very 'pro-active' lately, due to the criminal activity. However, they are now constantly bothering the actual residents as they do not seem to recognize the difference between the the residents and the criminals.

I was recently stopped by a patrol officer as I was getting out of my car. The patrol officer harassed me and even searched through my car windows with a FLASHLIGHT!

Don't do it. For the money that they charge, you can probably get a better deal elsewhere.

The only plus is the location (near Glen Eagles Country Club), but there are other choices in the same area.
