Just like other reviewers have said, Alexander Place has it's ups and downs. The apartments are in a great location and they do have police officers constantly patrolling the grounds at night. Parking is usually not a problem and the maintenance staff is wonderful. However, the apartments are very noisy and dated. When I initially moved in, I was told I would be getting an "upgraded" apartment. If mine is upgraded, I would hate to see those that are not. Half of the office staff is great, the other half is awful. No apartment complex is perfect, but I would look around before signing a lease here.
