I would think twice before moving in.

First of all, you may have a very hard time getting cell phone reception. When I moved in, I addressed it to the office and was told this was a total surprise. However, I have been talking to other tenants and they are also having issues. I have tried Cingular, Sprint, Alltel, and Cricket in my apartment and I get very little if not any reception at all.
Also, I have a few maitenence issues that are still not resolved. One issue has been my third request. What issues they have fixed have not been timely, and when I inquired about it they said it will be the next day and it did not happen. I agree with the person who wrote the previous comment. They have intentions on taking care of the issues, but there is no follow up. I curteous phone call explaining the delay would at least appease me.
The upside is the tenants are very nice, and I like the renovations that they have done. So if you can get past the no cell phone reception, and untimely maintenance issues, then maybe you should consider.
I have always wondered that we sign a contract to abide by the leasing office rules and conditions, but what rights are we given as tenants from the leasing office. Nothing.....
