Don't be fooled by location

I love the location, the trees on the grounds are beautiful & I like the layout of my apartment. Other than those 3 things, there's not much I like. Make sure to set up your alarm through TW, otherwise AP collects the money with your rent even if it's not set up. The "upgrades" they show in the model are not in every apartment. The apartments are very noisy, I can hear everything (and I mean everything) in my neighbors apartment. The stairs are wooden, when people walk on them it sounds like a stampede throughout your apartment. This place allows dogs and I have one, so I expect to hear barking. But there have been multiple occassions when it's midnight and a dog is barking nonstop for 20 minutes; management has done next to nothing. Little is done to enforce the 2 dog per apartment rule & some people take up more than their fair share of parking spaces. I had to replace the outdated washer/dryer connections myself. Single pane windows are very drafty. Pests are a problem even though my place is clean and all food is kept tight in tupperware. It took me numerous times talking to management to have my rent show correctly. Only to find out a month later there's still an error. I have a very difficult time getting management to help me with a problem and so far they have been unresponsive. Don't expect a return phone call or email. You have to go into the office in person if you expect to get help. Good luck getting there to see someone if you work 8-5.
