I have lived in this complex for roughly 4 years and will be moving to a new home shortly. I moved into the complex after my divorce and sale of my former house. I have noticed the 'type' of tenant change where there are more younger folks moving in with kids. Some of my past neighbors have been very noisy and there is always a problem with stray cats in the area or residents with pets that are not kept on leashes. At some times I have been dissapointed in the level of service provided by the rental office agents and the maintainance work but I have never lived in an apartment that has superior service. I believe it is the nature of the beast and found Alta Grove to be no different. I have not have any issues with theft. If you are considering moving to this complex, I would visit during different times of the day as you would when checking out a new neighborhood.
