The office staff here is always friendly and helpful. I've lived here for 2 & 1/2 years and have always felt safe and comfortable. This is a growing area of Charlotte and in the past 6 months there has been increased construction nearby yet its location is great to downtown (11 mi.). Its definitely nice to have restaurants, grocery and even an urgent care facility within 1/4 mi. of here.
