in response to the last review-they couldn't be further off. the staff is very friendly and helpful. they know my name, apt number, and always remember something about me which makes me know they care. i will only leave here when i buy a home. i have referred a few people here and we all feel the same way. please keep in mind that some of those having a bad experience may bring it on themselves.
