This community has changed a lot in the time I've been here.
Currently, it's probably at one of the lowest points unfortunately.
The location is prime, close to Huntersville, 77, 85, 277, Mt.
Holly - it's great.
The quality of people currently residing here needs some assistance.
For me and my husband, we have a toddler and wish the playground were still here.
It's been torn down.
There is no indoor or outdoor "play area" at all.
The only this is a moderate fitness center.
Noise disturbances have definitely gotten better, but it's still not unusual to have people talking loudly in the parking lots at 1:30 in the morning.
Also, it's extremely common place for young children (10-17) to hang out, loitering, in the parking lots in groups of 10-20, either throwing balls near cars or just generally doing nothing, except occasionally climbing on roofs.
If none of this bothers you, then this is the place for you.
The quality of the apartments and affordability is fantastic, however and the staff are always very friendly.
