My apartment is nice. Though they seem to come across some really awful paint choices as there is a strange off-yellow paint in the bathrooms and kitchen that is just hideous. Matches nothing and makes your bath items and kitchen items look horrible.
Love my porch, it catches the winds just right. I can say at my last apartment, I paid 3 times the amount I pay here on my electric bill! So being here I am tickled to have such low electric bills, and I am on the third floor!
Large dogs are welcomed, and that is a huge plus. Only draw back on the animals is that even though there is a policy about picking up after your pet, scoop the poop!, many people don't, especially owners of smaller dogs. Even the resident cop here has been seen not picking up her two dogs poo. Go figure. and I thought there are breed restrictions, but I have seen several typically banned breeds here.
The office staff is decent. Two are great, but the assistant manager is just plain awful to deal with. The maint men are OK, just have to stay on top of your requests and the repairs.
Nice gym, and the pool seems nice. Plenty of speed bumps.
Over all it's a nice place.
