Don?t be fooled by a little ride on the golf cart to the wonderfully maintained model apartment. If you don?t mind going to the leasing office asking for the same thing to repaired for months at a time, and it never gets repaired,this is the place to be. If you don?t mind cigarette butts being thrown over the balcony barely missing your head, this is the place to be. Anyone and everyone qualifies to stay in these apartments. Rates are cheap as dirt, to lure in some of those not so nice neighbors, but who cares, they want the money, not the nice neighborhood. If you like to see Police more than usual, this is the place to be. This is the apartment where quantity matters, not quality. Always remember, if this is where you want to call your home, please complain by paper(keep a copy for yourself). You can?t back-up talk, but you can back-up paper. Request repairs or anything else in writing, not telephone calls and trips to the office. What you ask of them(by word of mouth), is just as good as "We were not aware of the problem" when it becomes a legal battle. By the way, those of you who have a disability, forget the handicap spaces. These spaces are made for those who are lazy, and did not pass the sign test at the DMV. Remember, you will never get a ticket here for parking in the reserve for handicap space. Be sure that you turn your rent check in by the 5th, even though your repairs are still in existence from 3 or 4 months ago. If you like the characteristics described here, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!!!!!!!
