I had the misfortune to live here for several years. The first couple of years it was run by normal people. After that it turned into the ghetto. People fighting at all hours of the night, beer cans in the parking lot. Cigarette butts everywhere. Police coming around regularly for some mishap or other.

Such a shame what has happened to this place. The office staff are complete idiots and will let anyone live here. It's not safe and it is not clean.
