I have lived at Andover Woods for a very long time. When I moved in the area was well kept, I felt safe walking around the grounds, and maintance showed up at my door with 5 minutes of my call. Now, maintance is a joke. If they call back, their work is shoddy at best. I have had men on my back porch, at night, either hiding, peeking, or mastrubating (after he knocked on the patio door to wake me up!), and have been robbed! Now, when I'm trying to move out, I get slammed with a fee! I wouldn't recommend this place to a snake, including the one that had to be removed from my apartment 2 years ago. Thanks, but no thanks.
