THE WORST PLACE TO EVERLIVE IN YOUR LIFE!!!

I am living here now and it is absolutely horrible. I should've quit while I was ahead. Here is my list:

1. I was told the rent was $499 and got here to find out it was $525. Some excuse about it went up and it was last month's special.

2. I was told that I would receive $1000 gift cash to use for whatever. Come to find out I only get $500.

3. Right now as I write this, I haven't had hot water or heat in 3 days!!! Maintenance came out and fixed a water leak that was up stairs and blew out the pilot on my gas heater and flooded it. The next day, they try to dry it. Today, they CLAIMED it was lit and I had hot water, but I didn't.
I had to call back and some excuse about they might have to put in a new one.

4. People in the office can't get it together. The paperwork and everything is messed up.

5. I had to find out on my own that the electricity was suppose to be switch over in my name otherwise, you will owe the office for what bills you make. Who trust them with your bills?

6. I was told I had to pay either a sure deposit of 87.50 OR a deposit. I had to pay both.

I BELIEVE THIS PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN BUSINESS AND TRY TO RIP PEOPLE OFF!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
