I started living here several years ago and it was a nice place to live. I have seen many changes over the years but the ones recently are what impresses me the most. I was not going to renew my leese but the new managment at Andover Woods is so courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend this apartment community to my friends and family now. The prices are within reason and the landscaping has improved greatly. I think it is due to the new owners caring about this place versus the old owners who did not care a bit! They just wanted rent increases. Now they want good people to live here.
