Well, it is 2006, I have read all the reviews on this place and it's too bad I didn't read them before I moved in. This place is ridiculous. I have lived here over a month, and almost nothing has been fixed in my apartment. Now I'm not a picky person, but c'mon now, my dishwasher was smoking, the stove is so old the dials don't have any numbers on them anymore, the fridge doesn't have handles and it leaks water, the kitchen cabinets are rotted and torn up, the counter top is uneven, jagged and has busted holes in the top, some of the light switches don't even work, the ceiling fan looked like it was gonna come crashing down at any moment, the windows look like they have soap scum on them, some of them won't open, and they don't have screens either, the roaches seems to make them selves at home and on top of that, it seems this is the first stop for the illegal immigrants jumping the border. I have a neighbor that likes to call cops on me for no reason and he also likes to rip out the compressor of my air conditioning unit from time to time, which in turn causes me to burn up in this summer heat, but guess what, i cant open the windows for some relief at night cause they dont have screens, unless I want to invite in hordes of mosquitoes and other nightlife...but hey, its all good right. PLus the apartment staff refuse to do anything about this, I've put in about 5 service requests, have unanswered messages and calls, and guess what, the maintenance told me to take everything out my cabinets in the kitchen so they could fix the problems, and they never came...but oh wait, they did come to spray paint the counter top and plug the holes with some kinda crap and then proceed to leave the apartment smelling like spray paint for me to enjoy when i get home, but yeah, i can't open the windows to get the air out unless i want my little mosquito, fly, and moth friends to come in...not to mention the roaches and fleas right outside in the back. The office staff here doesn't communicate obviously, and they have like 2 or 3 maintance techs for over 1000 apartments...WOW!! They got it covered right'' What a joke, don't move here, they won't inform you of certain rules and regulations, leaving you to find out when it's too late. The pool is like a biggie sized baby pool and the hot tub is filled up with rocks...wow!! also the gate doesnt work so let's invite the whole city over shall we'' I want to complain to some higher power here or break my lease, but it seems there is no where to turn to. Steer clear of this one, I'm begging you!!!!
