I have lived here for 18 months and I am glad I am leaving. The complex constantly changes management and new management does not fix things. Also, there are two registered sex offenders in the complex. I have a water stain on the ceiling, the refrigerator leaks and management have ignored my attempts to fix these issues. They have put a fresh coat of paint on the buildings, but the type of residents have gone down. My new neighbors are h-ll!!! Tooo many people in one bedroom apartments.

Yes, Management has changed frequently in the last several years, but Sagebrush is here to stay. The current management and new maintenance staff have made it a priority to respond to all calls as quickly as possible, however we are a small staff, but we are trying hard! Any old maintenance issues not known to us, please report them and we will get it done as soon as possible. Please remember that we do work with outside vendors and our time schedule is sometimes dictated by them. These types of delays are out of our hands. As of Jan 07, no registered sex offenders live on property. CMPD website is wrong and it is against policy to allow any registered sex offender to live on property. If a resident is found to be so, eviction is filed immediately.
