I have lived here since the summer of 2006 and the gate to enter the apartments has never been working and when i ask for repairs it took 30 days for someone to come out I have a water stain on my ceiling,the parking lot is not safe and there is never enough light i can not wait until my lease is up the security is not available i have been harrased and assaulted in the neighborhood i cannot even go outside for a leisurely walk, i have had items stolen of my balcony on the second floor this place i would not call home

Yikes!! I'm about to move here in less than a month and all I'm seeing are bad reviews :(

The gates don't work, they tell you that when you sign your lease (along with that they don't provide a sec. officer.) And there is a new maintenance staff working hard to get to work orders as soon as possible. The parking lot is adequately lit and any reports of theft should be reported to the police and office for investigation.
