I've currenlty lived in the Andover Woods community for 2 months now. My apartment is really nice, but the other tenants do not care about the property. The dumpster is always nasty and unclean, in my building every tenant places there garbage outside there door to take later, and sometimes it sits there for a couple days "(who does that)" nasty in my book! I will probably be moving once my lease is up!
