This is absolutely the worst apartment complex I have EVER lived in. Thank goodness my lease is up this October. I have neighbors below me that have many animals they abuse and don't properly shelter. I have notified management several times, called animal control and nothing ever gets done. My boyfriend and I can't even walk onto our balcony because of the ungodly stinch. There are two dogs living on a very cluttered porch and are forced to go day by day in their own feces. The owners do not walk them and on the rare occasion they do clean the mess off the porch it is put in a bag and left at the front of their door to smell up the stairway. I have included a photo of their porch actually.... And I'm just getting started. The motor of my air conditioning unit blew and after 8 calls to the office, 2 emails directly to maintenece and 6 weeks of roasting I finally had someone show up just to look at it. Even though I knew what was wrong he explained to me that the motor had blown and he would have to order a new which would take another 3 weeks. The only reason I got a new motor was because I lost my cool. Still the solution was just to take one from another apartment. They have also recently started charging for water which leaves tenants paying ALL utilities. I have one bedroom, one bathroom and it's two people living here with a 90-100 dollar water bill every month. And what gets me is that you pay Andover Woods not a water company. Can we say Ripped off''' Aside from all that there seems to be new people in the office every other week, a gate that does not shut, dumpsters that are overflowing, and the constant sound of idiots screaming and fighting at 4 in the morning. Sound like a place you want to live' I don't think so.
