This is the worst management team and company, sagebrush capital and has consistently gotten Worst year after year-yet they want to raise your rent every year! The manager has admitted time and again that she did not know what she was doing, the property she came from had mostly whites. This is a sign of racial ignorance. You can expect to walk into that type of mentality when you live there. Full of lies, for example, the gate has never worked, but they lie about it, they will tell you that it does or it just broke and they are fixing it. The office will not let you know about the crime when it happens, so you are not safe in the parking lots at night, let me be the first to tell you! Over 8 cars broken into within the last two months. Take everything out of your car, it may be stolen and most likely broken into at least once. Maintenance takes forever to fix the a/c and other things after you are in...you will feel stuck and must call the sagebrush corporate office especially if you are a minority. They just hired the 1st minority in 4 years in the office and her attitude is not so friendly unless you are a prospect, the other older lady is just sloppy and lazy. The old short fat one will tell your business to other residents, so don't complain on your neighbors to her. She will try and seem nice just as the manager and when you move in it stops, then you are bothering the office staff. See for yourself, I can not wait for my lease to end, I certainly will not renew. Be careful in the parking lot!!!!!!!!! by the way, the manager and office staff and friends rig this site with false good reviews in order to keep the rating percentage high. They pass out fliers offering incentives for positive reviews, this is how the early bird rent paying contest is judged also.

| I'm not sure what part of this review you updated today, but I suggest that next time you check your facts first. Since you originally posted this review, nearly 3 years ago, we have a new management team that has been active here for over a year and a half. The manager that you are referring to is not longer with our company and our team now is one of the friendliest in the entire area. I would appreciate it if whom ever is writing this review to speak their mind to me directly. This is a very inaccurate picture of the Andover Woods team. | |

I agree with the Manager's response. I've lived twice in this complex and the team has been nothing but friendly, courteous and professional to me and my daughters. Also, they ave very willing to accommodate and resolve/address any existing or potential issues.

Renter Be Aware!!!!! Management passes out fliers for residents to enter positive comments on this website... i have one right here with me. This is a bad management situation and the gate has not worked for ten years...go see for yourself and the break-ins are real. Strangers lurk in the parking lots at night. Staff is new, but manager and regional manager are the same, call and ask for Lauren or Jocelyn, see for yourself(ask the how long have they been there). They are attending to this website daily, to design your impression of the property. Once you are in,, you may be stuck. One way or the other... Renter Be Aware!!!

The managment in this complex changes every other week. I have been here for almost a year and have seen 5 different people enter and leave this hell hole. To whoever the "Manager" is: why dont you spend some time answering the phones and helping your residents rather than chat online all day?? THIS PLACE IS HELL. THE RESIDENTS AREN'T MAKING THIS STUFF UP!!
