There should be no one desperate enough to rent here, except -------- and such. These people are more accepting of the shoddy living conditions, since they mostly come from less than adequate living conditions...And Boy Are They Here. The laundry room is horribly filthy, the fitness center has shows signs of broken entry and it is connected to the office(has two treadmills in it, that's all), tattered blinds visible from parking lot. On weekends gunfire errupts from the office area and surrounding buildings. The previous mentioned manager, Teri has been releived of her duty. She couldn't do much with the slack maintenance staff that she was working with. There has been seven diffenent management changeovers in the five years I've lived here. I am usually traveling for my job, but recently I have had the displeasure of getting more acquainted with my fellow residents...Frightening!!!
Everything written in the previous blogs is absolutely TRUE! The gate has never worked in my five years; The parking lot is an auto shop on weekends, there is full auto maintenance going on as if it were a business on weekends starting on Friday thru Sunday and even week nights you can see rows of hoods up through out the parking lots; there are utility vehicles triple parked all over the property, I can't get adequate parking on any given day, and U must speak spanish to get cooperation from most neighbors, in the process I have been called some horrible names with a spanish twist. People do let their dogs run rampant throughout the neighborhood, there are pittbulls and rottweilers here; People let their lazy disrespectful kids take their garbage to the dumpster, seldomly making the entire trip, behind my building sometimes looks like a trash dump(even today); These terrible non-parental guided kids have torn down fences on the property and ride their bikes through out the pool area while the parents are drinking and burning out their car tires around the office circular drive after 10 PM throughout the week and more on weekends. These are truths...Yet the rent goes up yearly. Be your own judge...
