I've lived here for a year now on the first floor. I've never had a problem getting parking near my apartment. The office has addressed everything I've told them about; sometimes you have to remind them, but it does get taken care of. They have always been friendly to me, and we've been able to work out any problems by talking.

The thing I love most about this place is the landscaping; it doesn't look broken down and nasty like many of the places in this area.

Regarding the safety, this part of Charlotte is not the best, but I haven't had a problem. Police patrol the area regularly, and I often see them driving around when I am out late.

This is definitely a good deal, given the price of the units and the proximity to work and resources.
