the original price for a 1 bedroom is plenty steep. But try to catch a "special" and it's very reasonable. The staff is amazing and Lisa Alverez is even more amazing. One of the most friendliest people I've ever met, very engaging and personable, yet professional. My apartment was pretty much made to order and everything was intact and clean. small issues with the electrical outlets (wierd electrician who wired this place). Closet is huge, bathroom is huge, kitchen is nice and the island in the middle is very convenient. I've only been here a month and as of now I would recommend this place to anyone.
