I have lived here for 2 years and things have yet to improve. The possitve reviews you are reading have been paid for by Andover Woods. Andover Woods sent out flyers offering to pay anyone 25.00$ to write a positive review. The owners of this property live in Denver Colorado. When anything needs to be replaced, don't plan on it. I moved in here and nothing had been cleaned except the carpet. It took 6 months to have someone come in and do what should have been done in the first place. A builing burned down in April of 2008, still not done! Need Matienece? might have to call 3 times and wait 3 weeks to get fixed. Someones car is being broken into, or a drug deal is going on, or a Prositute migh come up to and offer you her sevices in the parking lot, how wonderfull!! Someone tryed to steal my patio funiture on july 4 2009. The pool and Gym are a joke. The pool is 3 ft deep the entire lenth of the pool, might as well call it a kiddie pool. the gym can only be used during work hours,a lot of good that does you if you work. I was told that the Gate key would help us gain entrance to the gym to use after hours , but that has yet to happen. The GATE! what a joke. this entrance gate has not worked fom the day it was installed. I know this because a friend of mine lived here 7 yrs ago, and it wasn't working then, Ask your friendly Postman if you have any douts. Andover keeps sinking money into a dead horse, but won't put a new floor or a refrigerator in your place if it needs one. Futhermore this is not a gated community and crimes have happened here in broad daylight. Even if the gate worked someone can walk right onto the property. Im sure that i have missed something, but the list goes on and on Can't wait to get out of here! I am including pictures so you can make your own concusions
