I have lived here for 6 months and I like it here, its a good place to live. I have had no problems with maintenance, if I need something fixed I just call the office and it gets fixed within a day. I had a problem with my dishwasher and they replaced it in a few days, no run around and no problems it simply didn't work and they replaced it. Anytime I need something done or have a problem all it takes is a phone call and what ever I needed is made right. The staff is eager to make sure that the tenants are happy. They have had a couple of pool parties this year and on Saturdays regularly cook up hamburgers and hot dogs for the kids.

As for someone saying the gate doesn't work, I know first hand that it does work because I got locked out one night that I came home after 11 PM and had to walk to my apartment to get my gate card.

They are offering various move in deals and I would recommend to anyone take advantage of these deals.
