I also moved in here (in July) based on the reviews on this site. So far I have liked it a lot. I had some problems in the beginning- my A/C was not working properly, but the guy came out quickly and fixed it. Then, there was a leak from the bathroom faucet. The guy came out and said he would order a part, but he never returned... so i had to call again, but then he came back and fixed it. Not a huge deal... Yes, the people in the office are a LITTLE snooty but overall they are helpful. I like that they hold your packages for you. Plus the pool is very very nice. The "workout room" is OK, the machines are kind of old and cheap... they also have a business center with one computer, fax machine, and copier. Better than nothing if you need to do any of these things. I have found my apartment to be very quiet. Occasionally i can hear the people walking upstairs but not often. I dont feel TOO safe here (even though it's a NICE complex, luxury level) because there was an armed robbery a few days ago, someone got shot... and cars do get stolen here, which worries me because i have a nice car. I guess it's all a part of living in Charlotte, though. Plus I love how the apartments look. You dont get one big huge building with all these different apartments all shoved in there. I think it's definitely one of the nicer complexes in this area. I have a washer/dryer for $40 a month, which is a nice feature.
