We lived at Radbourne for a year from July 2004-July 2005. There were never any problems with noise, dog poop or the usual annoyances you find at apartment complexes. There was no armed robbery that I knew about when I lived there, the worst problem we encountered were snotty kids running around. Overall, Radbourne is a good deal for the money and it's located in a nice wooded area with easy access to the Mallard Creek greenway -- which is a great place to go walking, running, riding your bike.
