Overall we had a good experience living at Radbourne Lake. We've never had a problem with the management, but then again we're pretty quiet and don't bother them too much. We did have a maintenance problem once in the 2 years that we've lived here and maintenance was late in coming to replace our water heater. However, someone from the front office called to apologize, which I thought was nice. We have a large dog who LOVES the fact that we're right next to the greenway. Also- the apartments are huge for the price. We found it convenient that the complex offers fairly cheap guest apartments for when family comes to visit as well. As far as safety is concerned, there have been a few incidents in the past in which cars were broken into and there were two shooting incidents- but I dont know if thats a Charlotte thing or a Radbourne thing. I did notice that there was a security car patrolling the complex after the last shooting and that there is now a resident cop. Overall I would recommend this complex if moving to the University area.
