It appears that those involved in the complex are determined to show themselves in a favorable light at all times and have had my review deleted several times.

Ladies and gentleman thinking about renting here...that should tell you a little something.

We've had problems with fleas and mold, and although they were resolved, they took AGES. We still have major water stains on the ceilings and walls from a watermain break in the apartment upstairs from us. Many of the things we asked to be taken care of before we moved in were never taken care of. It's irritating.

The funny thing is, they are slow to get things done when we ask, but quick to respond when they feel like you've done something wrong.

Consider going elsewhere...and then do it.

water main breaks occur outside the apartment in the ground, not in your apartment. The correct phrase should have just been water leak. Check your facts before posting something ugly about management. I've lived here a long time and never had a problem with any of them, and they have been here a long time too, no turnaround like other companies. Maybe the reason why you are so upset is because you treated them like criminals instead of being understanding to some degree since it IS an apartment, those kinds of things happen. What if a water line broke in your home, you wouldnt have maintenance to call.
