I just moved into my new apartment over the weekend. I chose Radbourne because it has such great ratings. To the previous response, I think I now live in your apartment and I want to say thank you for the new carpet! My apartment is beautiful. Kudos to the management for not making me move into an apartment covered in pet pee (or worse). If you can not control your beasts, you should be charged!
Although new, I have had a pleasant experience. I rented without even looking here first, but my intuition did not steer me wrong.
