When I moved here I looked at several apartment complexes and Radbourne stood out for me. The neighbourhood is very nice and quiet and management has always been very friendly and helpful. The maintenance people are great. Call in the morning and they've often got it fixed in the afternoon.
You'll have to accept that the apartments are not brand new and stuff will break. The previous owner apparently had a dog and it started to smell when it got hot outside. One trip to the office and a day later a professional carpet cleaner took care of it at no cost. The water company did pipe maintenance and the brown water accumulated in my boiler. One trip to the office and a couple of days later I had a brand new boiler installed.
